There’s No One Like You

hey readers, I am Noor and I am trying to spread positivity through my blog. So today I am going to talk about “There’s no one like you.”

We always like to become like someone because people like that person so much. We feel people will like me if I become like that too.

You are unique,you are original.Why are you trying to be a photocopy of someone else.

Someone is like themselves.You need to be like yourself.

If you start becoming like someone else or want to be like that person then who will be you.

Always remember only one thing that you are “You”, no one can be like you and you can’t be like someone else.

Like a stall of fruits,there are different types of fruits ,but if fruits try to be like each other,who will enjoy the taste of that apple I apple becomes banana,banana becomes an orange and an orange becomes grapes etc.Who will enjoy the taste of the particular fruit.

Improve yourself ,don’t try to be like someone else.Don’t try to make other people happy by becoming like person they want you to be.

Be yourself and who ever loves you. who ever likes you, They will…

If they don’t then say farewell to them and they can enjoy their life with whom they want to be.

Control Anger-before it controls you.

hello readers, this is Noor. I am trying to spread positivity through my blog. Today I am going to talk about Anger management.

Today, why are you getting angry? why does this happen?

There are two reasons:

  • A person becomes angry , why? Because in the world, we want.. the way I am ..I want everybody to be like me. If they are not..then I will be angry. We go around and want to change others.But the person we want to change,want to change us.
  • We have expectations.

My son will look after me,my daughter will look after me.

For example: There is fire in the house and you are willing around to make a well. will that happen?

There is war getting back to start and you are willing to learn swordsmanship.

The reason for us to getting angry is because of these two things. we want people to be like us, but guess what the person you are desiring to be like you, want you to be like him.

And we need to learn how to accept. we can’t change anybody.A person can change himself or herself.

Anxiety means stress and tention.
There are ten quick tips to reduce anxiety:

  • Showing gratitude.
  • Always think positive.
  • Reduce your sugar intake.
  • Don’t be alone.

  • Exercise.
  • Challenge yourself to do some positive things.
  • Remove yourself from uncomfortable situation.
  • Try to take less caffeine.
